Managing and overseeing the digital library software system;

Assessing and identifying users' information needs regarding database resources, preferably through annual evaluations;

Planning and implementing strategies to enrich and develop the library's collections;

Selecting appropriate information resources to support research activities, students' curricular needs, and scholars' academic requirements, while ensuring diversity of perspectives across the entire collection;

Acquiring printed and electronic resources efficiently and in a timely manner;

Continuously evaluating and maintaining the existing collections;

Developing and upgrading the software platform and services for electronic books (e-books);

Coordinating with the University Publications Office to make the full texts of published books accessible through the Library Portal;

Establishing and strengthening cooperation with national and regional scientific and research institutions and organizations;

Developing and expanding services for users with visual impairments and making these services accessible throughout Alborz Province;

Showcasing and promoting library resources at seminars, lectures, and other special events;

Organizing training courses and workshops at various levels for librarians, faculty members, students, researchers, and university staff;

Collaborating with student associations in organizing academic and research-oriented workshops and regularly updating the content of the Library Portal;

Preparing educational materials, user guides, brochures, and other informational resources;

Providing in-person, telephone, and email-based consultation services to faculty members, students, and researchers on topics such as reputable academic journals, journal selection, and scholarly article publication;

Training librarians and involving them in research projects, as well as enhancing their skills in information retrieval and research methodologies through the application of modern approaches.
